Our work

Our mission is to supports people caring for the environment and natural resources of the Tweed.

We provide information, training, project coordination, advocacy and representation for our members, care groups, landholders and community.

We work with volunteers, landowners, Indigenous communities, and government agencies to educate and address local environmental issues such as biodiversity restoration, weed invasions, habitat degradation. dation.

We do this by working with private landowners on conservation and landscape connectivity, supporting primary producers in their journey towards sustainable farming, and inspiring the community to volunteer with Tweed Landcare and Tweed care groups. Our goal is to strengthen local ties to the land, deepen community connections and expand community participation and knowledge of Landcare activities.
